Meet the Staff

David J. Petaccio, Sr., Senior Director (N.J. Lic. No. 3796)
 
David J. Petaccio, Sr. is the owner and Senior Director of the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals. He graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. David earned his degree in Mortuary Science from American Academy McAllister Institute in New York City and has been a licensed funeral director for over 30 years. David is a member of the National Funeral Directors Association and the New Jersey Funeral Directors Association. He also has his insurance license and is a Notary Public.
 
David and his wife, Marianne, have lived in Mount Laurel since 1992 and have 2 sons, David and George. In his free time, David enjoys spending time with family, fishing, and going to the beach at Ocean City
David J. Petaccio, Jr., General Manager
 
David J. Petaccio, Jr. is the General Manager of the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals. David grew up helping his father at the funeral home. He is in charge of overseeing the day-to-day operations of the funeral home, as well strategic planning, special events, and community outreach. David earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Dickinson College, in Carlisle, PA, as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from The George Washington University, in Washington, DC. He leverages an extensive background in finance, marketing, and management consulting. David is passionate about carrying on his father’s tradition of serving the residents of Mount Laurel, and the surrounding towns, and making a difference in the community.
 
In his free time, David enjoys exercise and reading, and he volunteers with a number of organizations in the community.

George J. Petaccio, Funeral Director (N.J. Lic. No. 5191)
 
George Petaccio is a funeral director.  George graduated from Flagler College, in Saint Augustine, Florida, with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.  He then earned a degree in Mortuary Science from Mercer County Community College.  George grew up working alongside his father, at the funeral home, and is excited to carry on his legacy of service to the community.

In his free time, George enjoys fishing, bow hunting, weight lifting, and playing guitar.
Joseph M. Gigliotti, Funeral Director (N.J. Lic. No. 4834)
 
Joseph M. Gigliotti is a funeral director. He graduated from Holy Family University and Mercer County Community College. He has been a licensed funeral director for 30 years and is licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Joe also has his insurance license, Crematory Operators Certificate and is a Notary Public. He is a member of National Funeral Directors Association, Cremation Association of North America, Pennsylvania Funeral Directors Association and the New Jersey Funeral Directors Association.
 
Joe resides in Cinnaminson and is married with three children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, going to the Pocono Mountains, and playing hockey.
Jennifer M. Mangan, Funeral Director (N.J. Lic. No. 5024)
 
Jennifer M. Mangan is a licensed New Jersey funeral director.  She graduated from Mercer County Community College with a certification in funeral service.  Jenn has been a licensed funeral director since 2013.

Jenn resides in Oaklyn with her partner, her two boys, and her Golden Retriever, Honey Bear.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, listening to  music, and traveling.

Jerica Sprindis, Funeral Director (N.J. Lic. No. 5343)

Jerica A. Sprindis is a licensed funeral director. She graduated from Ocean County College with an Associates in General Studies Science and from Mercer County Community College with an Associates of Applied Science for Funeral Service; both with honors. 

Jerica resides in Mount Laurel with her husband and their two cats. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, playing volleyball, going to Walt Disney World, and trying out new restaurants.

Chester, Therapy Puppy
 
Chester is our certified therapy dog. He provides comfort, to the families we serve, during arrangement conferences and services. Please notify our staff if you would like Chester to be present for your family's services.
