It is with great sadness that the family of Jean Michelson announces that she passed away on October 10, 2018 at home in Mt. Laurel. She was 89 years old.

Mrs. Michelson was born and raised in Burlington Township, NJ. She resided in Medford, NJ before moving to Mount Laurel 20 years ago. Jean will be remembered for her positive attitude and fun-loving nature. She was a longtime volunteer for the Society of St. Vincent De Paul Thrift Shop and member of the Mount Laurel Senior Center. She was an avid fan of the Phillies. In her leisure, she enjoyed playing golf and tennis, exercising, going to the beach, playing mahjong, attending movies and cultural events, and shopping. She enjoyed spending time with her many wonderful friends. Jean will be lovingly remembered by daughters Andrea Kelly (David Bier), Jenifer Weigand (Peter) and grandaughter Leah Weigand.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Friday, November 23, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals, 212 Ark Road Mount Laurel, NJ 08054. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in honor of Jean may be made to the Society of St Vincent De Paul, PO Box 1131, Medford, NJ 08055.
