Obituary for Charles Nicholas Zarrelli
Charles N. Zarrelli, age 75, was born in Camden NJ. He passed away on September 19, 2018 in Marlton, NJ, surrounded by his family.
He was a NJ State Trooper for 34 years. He retired as a Lieutenant in Troop A with his last posting as Station Commander of Port Norris. Post Retirement he spent many years working in the NJ State Department of Health as a statewide EMT Training Coordinator and then with Exceptional Medical Transport. He was known for his commitment to community service and his generous giving nature.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Linda Zarrelli; his children, Chuck and Lorraine and his grandson Dillon. Also survived by many cousins and dear friends.
Family and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Monday, September 24, 2018 from 4:00 - 6:00 PM. Funeral Service immediately following, both at the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals 212 Ark Road Mount Laurel, NJ 08054. Interment Private.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Association of Former New Jersey State Troopers, which helps families of Troopers, at P.O. Box 7852, West Trenton, NJ 08628.
