Obituary for Evelyn Engel

EVELYN M. ENGEL Evelyn Mae (nee Heimlich), 90, of Moorestown, New Jersey, died Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at Virtua Memorial Hospital in Mount Holly, NJ. Mrs. Engel was born in Moorestown and lived in Pennsauken, NJ and Mount Laurel, NJ before returning to Moorestown 3 years ago. She was a communicant of Saint John Neumann RC Church in Mount Laurel. Mrs. Engel was preceded in death by her husband James in 2002. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Harlacher (husband Meredith); sons, James (wife Patricia), Jeffrey (wife Mary), Mark (wife Maria); brother-in-law Francis (wife Kiki); 8 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8th from 10:00 to 10:45 AM at the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals, 212 Ark Road, Mount Laurel. The funeral liturgy will be celebrated at 11:15 AM on Saturday at Saint John Neumann RC Church, 560 Walton Avenue, Mount Laurel. Final disposition will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Mrs. Engel may be made to Our Lady of Fatima, Cistercian Monastery, 564 Walton Avenue, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054 or to the Alzheimer’s Association, www.alz.org.
