Obituary for Frank Leo Lyne
Frank Leo Lyne, age 79, of Mount Laurel, NJ passed away while surrounded by loving family on Thursday, March 22, 2018.
Frank was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA and has lived in Mount Laurel since 1975. He graduated St. John the Baptist High School in 1956 and La Salle University in 1960. After college, Frank served his country honorably with the US Army. Frank was a CPA and worked for the IRS in Philadelphia for over 30 years before retiring.
He was an avid traveler throughout North America and Europe. Frank enjoyed following the stock market, reading the newspaper and playing board games with his kids and grandsons. But above all else, he loved spending time with his family and will be deeply missed by those he leaves behind.
Frank is survived by his beloved wife, Faye, two children, Michael and Rebecca, two grandsons, Gregory and Zachary; and his sister, Dorothy.
Friends and family are invited to a visitation on Wednesday, March 28th from 11:30 to 12:30 PM immediately followed by the funeral service, both at the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals, 212 Ark Road, Mount Laurel, NJ. Interment will follow at Colestown Cemetery in Cherry Hill. In lieu of flowers donations in his memory can be made to the Ronald McDonald House of Southern New Jersey.
