Obituary for Helen Rosser

Helen E. Rosser Helen Elizabeth, 83, a former newspaper librarian, died Thursday, January 1, 2014 at her Holiday Village home in Mount Laurel, NJ. Helen had suffered from progressive dementia. Mrs. Rosser was born in Jamestown, N.Y. and earned degrees at Alfred University in southwestern New York State and at Glassboro State College in New Jersey. For over a decade, she ran the editorial library at the Burlington County Times in Willingboro, retiring in 1985. Before moving to the retirement community in 2007, she had lived in Willingboro for 25 years and in Moorestown for 24. For many years, she was a long-distance cyclist with the Outdoor Club of South Jersey, also touring on her bike in Europe. She is survived by her husband Donald of Holiday Village; three daughters, Karen Knight of Dillsburg, PA., Carole Paulus of Westampton, and Susan Wilkinson of Burlington Twp.; as well as five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The visitation will be held on Saturday, January 4th from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals, 212 Ark Road, Mount Laurel, NJ. Final disposition will be private.
