Obituary for John Sharp

JOHN R. SHARP John Robert Sharp, 61, of Marlton, NJ passed away suddenly on Monday, June 22, 2015 at Virtua Marlton Hospital. He was born in Philadelphia, PA and lived in Willingboro, NJ before moving to Marlton, NJ 28 years ago. He enjoyed his career as a Pressman for the past 40 years. John is survived by his beloved wife of 36 years, Terri Lynn Sharp (Angelo) and a devoted father to their daughters Jacqueline (husband Philip Peklak), Jaimie, Andrea, and Allison; sister Sandra Basner (husband Bruce); parents-in-law Beverly and Louis Angelo; sisters-in-law Cheryl Angelo (husband Joseph McGowan) and LuAnn Majka (husband Paul); nieces and nephews Ryan, Brandon and Danielle McGowan; Gregory and Douglas Majka; Brian, Michael and Michelle Basner. John loved family vacations, attending NASCAR and Indy car races, golfing with friends, tailgating at Penn State football games, he had a passion of owning Ford vehicles, and he was meticulous about his lawn and vegetable garden. However, what he loved the most was spending time with his family. A viewing will be held on Sunday, June 28, 2015 from 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals, 212 Ark Road, Mount Laurel, NJ. The funeral liturgy will be celebrated 10:00 AM on Monday, June 29, 2015 at Saint Isaac Jogues Church, 349 Evesboro-Medford Road, Marlton, NJ 08053. Interment will be announced at the funeral liturgy.
