Joseph Albert Alfieri, age 84, of Voorhees, NJ, passed away on Wednesday, March 21, 2018.

Mr. Alfieri was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, and had been a resident of South Jersey for over 57 years. Prior to his retirement, in 1998, he worked as a plumber, for Kennedy Hospital, Cherry Hill, NJ. In his free time, he enjoyed going to the race track and casinos. He was also an avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies.

He was the beloved husband of 29 years to the late Ruth (Nee Massucci). Devoted father to Lena Pullella (Peter), Donna Malizia, Joseph Alfieri (Diane) and Vincent Alfieri. Loving Grandfather to nine grandchildren; Diana Gleason, Joseph Alfieri, Joanna Alfieri, Stefano Peluso, Gianna Peluso, Christopher Malizia, David Malizia, Vincent Alfieri, Ryan Alfieri, and 3 great grandchildren; Anthony Watkins, Austin Gleason, Brady Gleason. Dear brother Louis Alfieri (Rita). Joseph was predeceased by his parents, Albert and Adelina (Nee Perla) Alfieri and his sister, Mary Berardis (Albert).

Friends and family are invited to his viewing on Sunday, March 25, 2018 from 5:00-7:00PM immediately followed by his funeral service, both at the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals, 212 Ark Road, Mount Laurel, NJ.
