Obituary for Joseph Farrell

Joseph B. “Tuffy” Farrell Joseph B. “Tuffy” Farrell, 85, of Mount Laurel, New Jersey passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at Samaritan Hospice, Mount Holly. Mr. Farrell was born in Schuylkill County, PA. He moved to Willingboro, NJ where he was a longtime member of the Knights of Columbus Sacred Heart Council # 5337.   He resided in Mount Laurel for the last 37 years.   He began his career as a salesman for Miller Brewing Company and subsequently worked as an executive for several Philadelphia area beer companies including: Schmidt’s, Ortlieb and Imperial Distributors.   He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Mary E. (nee Campion); His 3 sons, Michael T. (Donna), James J. (Renee) and Shawn R. (June); A Sister, Rita Crawford; 6 grandchildren: Joseph, Catherine, Connor, Christina, Madeline and Elianna. Friends and family are invited to attend his viewing on Wednesday, January 27th from 9:30-10:30 AM at the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals 212 Ark Road, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054. The funeral liturgy will be celebrated 11:00 AM at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church 1603 Marne Hwy, Hainesport, NJ 08036. Interment will be at Jesus Bread of Life Cemetery in Mount Laurel.
