Obituary for Kathleen Ann Zippilli

Kathleen Ann Zippilli
Kathleen A. Zippilli, 76, passed away on May 18, 2018 in the comfort of home in Rancho Santa Fe, California.

A devoted mother, proud grandmother, loving sister, and dedicated friend; she is survived by her daughters: Jacqueline (Larry) Green, Felicia (Jim) Hinrichs and Jennifer (Victor) Jensen; their father Anthony Zippilli; her grandchildren: Taylor Green, Laura (Green) Odey, Nick Hinrichs, Rowen Hinrichs; her brother Rev. Frank Farsaci OSA; her sisters: Joanne DiTomasso and Angela Grande; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and life-long friends.

Kathleen was born on April 11, 1942 in Camden, NJ to Anthony and Angelina Farsaci, and a graduate of Camden Catholic High School. She valued and celebrated her Italian heritage, family, friends, faith and tradition. Kathleen’s greatest goal was to give her three daughters “roots and wings” and she held that heart’s desire for her grandchildren. For +30 years, Kathleen lived in Florida, built a foundation for her girls and a beautiful circle of friends. In 2007, Kathleen moved to California to be with her middle daughter and two of her "grand boys” and continued to build friendships and touch lives.

Kathleen was an encourager and dream champion. She had a passion for the needs of “the young and the old”. Her work life focused on advocacy for the senior community with a conviction that we should have dignity and flourish in every season. Kathleen was Co-founder of Angels on Call, program coordinator at Interfaith in Action in Boca Raton, and most recently an advocate/personal assistant to clients in San Diego.
Relatives and friends are invited to a Visitation on June 12th 9:30AM-11AM at St. John Neumann Church, 560 Walton Ave. Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00AM.
