Obituary for Laurence Ward

Laurence Andrew, 69, of Cinnaminson, NJ passed away on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at home surrounded by his loving family. Larry was born on March 14, 1946 in Lorain, Ohio. He graduated from Kent State University in Ohio; completing his thesis on the Washington DC Temple. He honorably served his country for 20 years in both U. S. Army and the U.S. Navy. He is survived by his wife Linda Ward (nee Nieto); four sons, Timothy, John, Christopher & Benjamin Snodgrass; sister, Janet Sminchak; 8 grandchildren; as well as one great- granddaughter; one niece and nephew. His love for his family and friends was immeasurable. His love for life was refreshing, he loved trains, looking at clouds and the Pittsburgh Steelers, but most of all he loved to work with his hands and serving others. He will be missed by all who loved and knew him. The viewings will be held on Thursday, August 20th from 7:00-9:00 PM at the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals, 212 Ark Road, Mount Laurel, NJ and on Friday, August 21st from 10:00-11:00 AM immediately followed by the funeral service both at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 321 Bridgeboro Road, Moorestown, NJ 08057. Interment will be at Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson, NJ.
