Obituary for Patricia Graeff

Patricia A. Graeff (nee Lynch), 63, of Medford, New Jersey passed away on Friday, January 8, 2016 at Virtua Hospital, Marlton, NJ. Patricia was born in Camden, NJ, was raised in Haddon Heights where she attended Haddon Heights High School, and later resided in Medford, NJ. She was a committed Christian and an active member of Fellowship Community Church in Mount Laurel. She was a talented artist and especially enjoyed watercolor and charcoal. She worked as an art therapy teacher at Bancroft School for period of time. Most recently, she worked as a legal secretary at the offices of Hockfield, Hasner, and Kasher; she enjoyed this work for the opportunities that it afforded her to help her friends and family. Patricia was an avid reader and loved learning. She had a knack for cooking and baking, often creating her own delicious recipes that were loved by her family. When her children were younger she was active in coaching their sports teams, especially soccer. Patricia shared her husband's love for fast cars and was able to spot hot rods a mile away. Most of all Patricia loved being a mother and grandmother. Family always came first for her. She was self-sacrificing and would drop everything to help her children and grandchildren. She taught her family the importance of cherishing life and loving one another through the example that she set every day.   She is survived by her devoted husband, of 36 years, Gary Graeff; her daughters, Amy Wright (Edward), Tracey Weiss (David), and Julianna Hoch (Ronald); and grandchildren, Edward Wright, Jr., Elle Wright, Madeline Wright, Asher Hoch and Nora Hoch. Friends and family are invited to a visitation on Saturday, January 16th from 1:30 to 2:30 PM immediately followed by a memorial service all at Fellowship Community Church, 1520 Hainesport Road, Mount Laurel, NJ. Final disposition is private. Arrangements by Mount Laurel Home for Funerals.
