Obituary for Patricia Murray

Patricia Murray (nee Carrig), age 79, of Mount Laurel, NJ passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, September 6, 2015. Patricia was born and raised in the Bronx, NY and has resided in Medford, NJ, Clarks Summit, PA and New Bern, NC before moving to Mount Laurel, NJ. Wherever Pat lived she was an active volunteer at her church and other charitable organizations. She also enjoyed playing golf and bridge, quilting and could be found attending various book clubs. Mrs. Murray is predeceased by her brother, Jim Carrig. She is survived by her beloved husband of 57 years, George Murray; children, Dan (Patricia), Kevin (Tamara), Chris (Maria), Susan Myers (Scott), Maureen Hall (Bill), Nancy Rader (Joseph); sister, Jackie; and 12 grandchildren. The funeral liturgy will be celebrated 11:30 AM on Saturday, September 12th at Saint John Neumann Roman Catholic Church, 560 Walton Ave, Mount Laurel, NJ. Final disposition will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Pat’s name may be made to Samaritan Healthcare & Hospice, 5 Eves Drive, Suite 300, Marlton, NJ 08053.
