Obituary for P. Michael Nelson
P. Michael Nelson, age 46, of Mt. Laurel, NJ passed away while surrounded by loving family on Sunday, July 1, 2018.
Michael Nelson was born in Camden, NJ and resided in Mt. Laurel, NJ. Michael enjoyed a wide variety of musical genres, fishing, watching the sunrise on the beach, and was a devoted fan of Philadelphia sports teams. But above all else, he cherished the time he spent with his family and friends and will be deeply missed by those he left behind.
Michael is survived by his wife Carolyn Nelson (née Everman); parents Patricia Elaine Nelson and Hugh Michael Nelson (Linda Nelson); children Kaileigh and Zachary Nelson; step-child, James Sauer; siblings, James Nelson and Kathryn Nelson (William Putnick III); half-brother, Matthew Nelson; grandfather, Colonel Ernest Borden(Olia Borden); grandmother, Patsy Nelson; Uncle, Ernest Borden Jr.; cousin,Staci Sondrini (Michael Sondrini); and many other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins; predeceased by maternal grandmother Esther Jean Borden and paternal grandfather Earl Nelson.
A celebration of life will be at a later date to be announced.
