Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Reba Ayres can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Obituary for Reba Ayres

Reba Ayres (nee Steinberg), 91, passed away on Friday, August 14, 2015 at the Lutheran Care Center in Moorestown, NJ. Reba was born in Camden, NJ and resided in Cherry Hill, NJ before moving to Lutheran Care in Moorestown, NJ. She is predeceased by her very beloved husband, Joseph Ayres; siblings Edna Steinberg and Herman Mackouse; niece Sandra Mackouse Fugate. She is survived by her nephews, Edward, Larry, Stephen and Jack Mackouse, Bill and Paul Steinberg; nieces Irene Steinberg Anderson, Shirley Steinberg Weinstein and Deena Steinberg. Friends and family are invited to a 10:00 AM graveside service on Thursday, August 20th at Crescent Memorial Park off of Route 130 in Pennsauken, NJ. Memorial donations in Reba’s name may be made to Samaritan Healthcare & Hospice, 5 Eves Drive, Marlton, NJ 08053 or to www.samaritannj.org.
